Curd Potatoes Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Curd
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli, minced
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli powder
  • Rock Salt accord to taste
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Roasted Cumin powder

Method:

  1. Beat the curd to get smooth consistency. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, paste of green chillies and mint leaves. Mix well.
  2. Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the boiled potatoes until light golden brown in color.
  4. Add these fried potatoes to curd and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder on the top.


Tip: To prevent boiled potatoes from sticking to the grater, always apply little oil on the grater.
