Ingredients:
- 2 cups Curd
- Oil for frying
- 3 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Mint leaves
- 1 Green Chilli, minced
- ½ tsp Red Chilli powder
- Rock Salt accord to taste
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Roasted Cumin powder
Method:
- Beat the curd to get smooth consistency. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, paste of green chillies and mint leaves. Mix well.
- Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the boiled potatoes until light golden brown in color.
- Add these fried potatoes to curd and mix well.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin powder on the top.
Tip: To prevent boiled potatoes from sticking to the grater, always apply little oil on the grater.
