Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 5 Medium-sized Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Pasteurized Butter
- 3 Red Dried Whole Chillies
Method:
- Cut par-boiled potatoes into cubes.
- Heat butter in non-stick pan and add chillies, ginger and potatoes.
- Heat on medium fire till potatoes are golden brown.
- Add salt and finally add honey.
Cooking Option: Mix all the ingredients and bake them in Oven. Bake till potatoes are golden brown.
Tip: Sometimes hot oil starts foaming and starts rising in the pan. Dissipate the foam to avoid this situation by adding a marble sized ball of tamarind to the oil.
