Ingredients:
- 500 gms Paneer
- Coriander leaves
- Rock Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Hung Curd
- ½ tsp Chilli Paste
- 1½ tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
Method:
- Cut the paneer in cubes.
- Make paste of all other ingredients.
- Coat paneer in that paste and keep for half an hour to marinate.
- Put little oil on a tawa and shallow fry. You can even add little lemon juice and sugar in that paste.
Tip: Heat the utencil first, then add oil. This way oil spreads well. You will use less oil this way.
