Ingredients:
- Ice
- 50 gms Sugar
- Juice of 6 Lemons
- Juice of 6 Oranges
- 1 ltr Pineapple juice
- 1 bottle Golden Rum
- 1 ltr Ginger ale or Soda water
- Slices of Orages, Cherries and Strawberries
Method:
- Put the sugar into Punch a bowl, pour in the pinapple juice and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the orange and lemon juices and pour in the rum. Stir to mix.
- Put a large block of ice into the punch bowl and leave the punch to get really cold.
- When ready to serve, pour in the ginger ale or soda water.
- Decorate with slices of pineapple and orange, cherries, strawberries and any other fruit in season.
Tip: Rinse your shot glass frequently. Liquors can taint each other or cloud your drink.
