Golden Rum Punch Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 50 gms Sugar
  • Juice of 6 Lemons
  • Juice of 6 Oranges
  • 1 ltr Pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle Golden Rum
  • 1 ltr Ginger ale or Soda water
  • Slices of Orages, Cherries and Strawberries

Method:

  1. Put the sugar into Punch a bowl, pour in the pinapple juice and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Add the orange and lemon juices and pour in the rum. Stir to mix.
  3. Put a large block of ice into the punch bowl and leave the punch to get really cold.
  4. When ready to serve, pour in the ginger ale or soda water.
  5. Decorate with slices of pineapple and orange, cherries, strawberries and any other fruit in season.


Tip: Rinse your shot glass frequently. Liquors can taint each other or cloud your drink.
