Ingredients:

Chicken marinade
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt according to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 500 gms Boneless Chicken cubes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 4 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1/2 cup Chicken stock
- Spring Onions chopped
- 3 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
Sauce
Method:
- Marinate chicken in all the ingredients for about one hour.
- Deep fry the marinated chicken till golden brown and keep it aside.
- For sauce, heat the oil in a wok and fry the ginger-garlic paste and chopped spring onions.
- Add chicken stock, tomato puree, soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt and cornflour mixture.
- Simmer, till the mixture becomes saucy and really thick.
- Now add the fried chicken and mix well, take off from heat.
Tip: To make thick gravy for chicken grate the onions, squeeze out their juice. Fry the onions and the masala. Add the juice as stock, after the onions are brown.
