Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp Oil
- Coriander leaves
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 500 gms Chicken Livers
Method:
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic paste till golden brown.
- Then add the ginger paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the garam masala, chilli powder, tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder to the onion paste and keep frying till you get the aroma of the fried spices.
- Now add the livers to the pan and fry for another couple of minutes. Cover and cook low flame till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Tip: To make thick gravy for chicken grate the onions, squeeze out their juice. Fry the onions and the masala. Add the juice as stock, after the onions are brown.
