Whisky Sour Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Bourbon
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple syrup

Method:

  1. Mix or shake the ingredients together.
  2. Pour into the large highball with ice.


Tip: Always use smaller sized ice cubes when making a cocktail. This creates a smoother taste by allowing a proper mix of water and alcohol, since they melt faster when the alcohol is poured over them.
