Ingredients:
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Lemons
- 180 ml Port
- 225 ml water
- 300 ml Brandy
- 180 ml Red Wine
- 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 medium-sized Cinnamon stick
Method:
- Cut the lemons in half and push the cloves into the skins.
- Place the ingredients in a suitably sized saucepan. Heat through thoroughly, but do not allow the mixtures to boil.
- Serve in heated mugs.
Tip: Rinse your shot glass frequently. Liquors can taint each other or cloud your drink.
