Mulled Wine Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Lemons
  • 180 ml Port
  • 225 ml water
  • 300 ml Brandy
  • 180 ml Red Wine
  • 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 medium-sized Cinnamon stick

Method:

  1. Cut the lemons in half and push the cloves into the skins.
  2. Place the ingredients in a suitably sized saucepan. Heat through thoroughly, but do not allow the mixtures to boil.
  3. Serve in heated mugs.


Tip: Rinse your shot glass frequently. Liquors can taint each other or cloud your drink.
