Ingredients:
- Hot coffee
- 55 ml Rum
- 2 tsps Sugar
- Double or heavy Whipping cream
Method:
- Stir the liqueur and sugar together, then fill up heated glass mug with coffee to about 1.5 cm short of the rim.
- Pour the cream slowly onto the top of the drink, possibly using the back of a spoon, to form a layer on top.
Tip: Sparkling wines and champagnes should be served thoroughly chilled.
