Ingredients:
- 1 kg Khoya
- 100 gms Ghee
- 50 gms Almaonds
- 1 kg Castor Sugar
- 100 gms Pistachios
- 20 gms Cardamom
- 1 tsp Choco Colour
Method:
- Mix the ingredients together and kneed it into dough.
- Add a pinch of Choco colour in it.
- Make into peras.
Tip: Ants in the Sugar? Place 3-4 cloves in with the sugar. This will keep the ants from entering.
