Ingredients:
- Sugar to taste
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 250 ml Cherry juice
- 250 ml Passion fruit juice
Method:
- Shake the ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into cocktail glasses with rims frosted with cherry juice and caster sugar.
- Decorate with a stick of fresh, or cocktail cherries.
Serves: 4
Tip: Crushed ice cools food and drinks fast; block ice lasts longer.
