Mango Raita Recipe


Ingredients:

  • ½ kg Curd
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat Masala
  • Cumin Powder
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 big ripe Mangoes
  • Green Chilli, chopped
  • Few Mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped

Method:

  1. Beat the curd. Put salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Add coriander leave, mint leaves and green chilli and mix well.
  3. Now add evenly cut small pieces of mangoes.
  4. Decorate with chaat masala and cumin powder.
  5. Keep it in the fridge and serve cold.
