Mango Raita Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ kg Curd
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- Chaat Masala
- Cumin Powder
- Pepper to taste
- 2 big ripe Mangoes
- Green Chilli, chopped
- Few Mint leaves, finely chopped
- Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Method:
- Beat the curd. Put salt, pepper and sugar.
- Add coriander leave, mint leaves and green chilli and mix well.
- Now add evenly cut small pieces of mangoes.
- Decorate with chaat masala and cumin powder.
- Keep it in the fridge and serve cold.
