Mango Colada Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 4 tsps Dark Rum
  • 6 tsps Light Rum
  • 2 cups Crushed Ice
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsps condensed Coconut Milk
  • 1 Large ripe Mango, peeled and sliced

Method:

  1. Blend the mango, pineapple juice, light rum, coconut milk, and ice in an blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the drink into two glasses and pour two teaspoons of the dark rum into each glass.
  3. Garnish with the cherries and lime wedges.


Tip: To counter alcohol's diuretic effect drink plenty of non alcoholic fluids, water or fruit juices. Do not drink coffee as that is also a diuretic.
