Mango Daiquiri Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Light Rum
  • 15 ml Triple sec
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • ½ Mango, chunks
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice

Method:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a Blender. Blend well at High speed until the ingredients are well-combined and you have a nice, smooth frosty puree.
  2. Pour into 4 chilled glasses, and garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.


Tip: Some think that this is the main problem for hangovers. There is little evidence to support this view. There is however some that suggests not to mix drinks made from the grape and the grain, ie don't drink wine and whisky.
