Mango Bellini Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 600 ml Mango juice
  • Chilled Pink Champagne to top up

Method:

  1. Divide the mango juice between 6-8 Champagne flutes.
  2. Top up with Champagne.
  3. Stir gently to mix and serve immediately.


Tip: Mix a drink in the proper order, which is usually: Ice, Alcohol, iller (e.g. juice or soda), Any secondary ingredient.
