Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 200 ml Vodka
- Soda water to top up
- Mint sprigs, to decorate
- 475 ml Green Crème de Menthe
Method:
- Fill four highball glasses with ice cubes.
- Divide the vodka and crème de menthe among the glasses and stir.
- Top up with soda water. Decorate each drink with a mint sprig.
Tip: Handle glasses by the stem. You don't want to warm the glass after you've chilled it or leave fingerprints.
