Raw Papaya Salad Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1½ Raw Papaya, grated
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts, crushed


  • Grind to paste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 5 Pods Garlic
  • 3-4 Green Chillies
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • Salt according to taste

Method:

  1. Mix grated papaya with tomato, chillies and garlic paste.
  2. Add peanuts and mix well.


Tip: The best way to be sure the entire salad is dressed is to toss it in a large bowl. You will also use less salad dressing using this method.
