Ingredients:
- 1½ Raw Papaya, grated
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts, crushed
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 5 Pods Garlic
- 3-4 Green Chillies
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- Salt according to taste
Grind to paste
Method:
- Mix grated papaya with tomato, chillies and garlic paste.
- Add peanuts and mix well.
Tip: The best way to be sure the entire salad is dressed is to toss it in a large bowl. You will also use less salad dressing using this method.
