Spinach and Mushroom Salad Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Black Pepper
  • 3-4 Lime slices
  • 8-10 Onion rings
  • 10 Baby Corn Cobs
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1½ cups Mushrooms
  • Salt according to taste
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • 20 Small Spinach leaves

Method:

  1. Halve the baby corncobs, and slice the mushrooms and tomatoes.
  2. Arrange all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lime slices, if wished.


Tip: Lettuce will keep longer if you store them in paper bags instead of cellophane.
