Ingredients:
- Black Pepper
- 3-4 Lime slices
- 8-10 Onion rings
- 10 Baby Corn Cobs
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- 1½ cups Mushrooms
- Salt according to taste
- Fresh Coriander leaves
- 20 Small Spinach leaves
Method:
- Halve the baby corncobs, and slice the mushrooms and tomatoes.
- Arrange all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lime slices, if wished.
Tip: Lettuce will keep longer if you store them in paper bags instead of cellophane.
