Sprouted Black Gram Salad Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsps Garlic, crushed
  • Salt according to taste
  • 2 tsps Green Chillies, crushed
  • 1 ½ cup Black Gram, sprouted

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Sautee crushed garlic and add sprouts, salt and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice and green chillies.


Tip: To easily remove the white membrane when peeling an orange, soak the unpeeled orange in boiling water for 5 minutes. Superb for salads! 10
