Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Salt
- Mint leaves
- 4-5 tbsp Oil
- 1 slice Bread
- 1 kg minced Meat
- 2 Onions, chopped
- ½ tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 Green Chilli, grounded
- Coriander leaves, chopped
- 1½ tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
Method:
- Mix salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chopped coriander, mint leaves, garam masala, chopped onions and egg.
- Soak the bread slice in water, squeeze water, mash and add it to the above.
- Now add all these to the minced meat. Mix well and make small elongated or round balls.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls on a slow fire till brown.
- Garnish it with fried onion rings and chopped coriander leaves. Squeeze a lime on top.
Tip: Always turn meat and chicken pieces with tongs instead of a meat fork. Piercing it with a meat fork allows the juices to escape and can cause food to become dry.
