Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Rock Salt
- 3 medium Potatoes
- 1 tsp Mango powder
- 1 Green Chilli, chopped
- 1 fresh Red Chilli, chopped
- 50 gms Low-Fat Margarine
- 1 tsp crushed Black Peppercorns
- 1 tbsp chopped Mint and Coriander leaves
Method:
- Boil the potatoes until soft enough to be mashed. Mash these down using a masher.
- Blend together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir the mixture into the mashed potatoes and mix together thoroughly with a fork.
- Serve warm as an accompaniment.
Tip: Onions will turn out crispier if soaked in milk for a little while before frying.
