Almond Sherbet Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Sugar, to taste
  • 50 gms Ground Almonds
  • 600 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

Method:

  1. Put the ground almonds into a jug.
  2. Pour in the milk and sugar and stir to mix.
  3. Taste for sweetness and serve chilled.


Tip: Cover freezer trays with a sheet of plastic held in place with a large rubber band to avoid crystal formation in the icecream.
