Ingredients:
- 6 slices Pomfret Fish
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups Water
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 2 tsp minced Garlic
- ½ cup shredded Cabbage
- ½ tsp Black Pepper powder
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a vessel and bring to boil.
- Simmer for about 8-10 mins or more. Make sure fish is cooked.
- Serve hot.
Tip: Use a shallow four to five-inch pot with a large opening, and cook shrimp uncovered to lessen the fishy odor.
