Paneer Salad Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 grated Carrots
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 100 gm Paneer
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Shelled peas
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper powder

Method:

  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Add mustard seeds. Add the grated carrot and shelled peas and cover for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
  4. Mash the paneer and add to the above.
  5. Add black pepper, salt and chopped coriander.
  6. Mix it properly and serve


Tip: Blend a cup of curd with little lime juice and seasoning and toss the salad into it for a quick salad dressing.
