Ingredients:
- 1 cup Moong daal
- 1" Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Green Chilli
- Coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ Fresh Coconut (grated)
- 2 Cucumber, finely chopped
Method:
- Soak moong daal for ond and a half hour.
- Take a bowl. Put moong daal, chopped cucumber, chopped coriander, green chilli, ginger, lemon, coconut, salt and black pepper.
- Mix it properly and serve.
Tip: Tomatoes sliced vertically rather than horizontally, will stay firm in a salad. The salad dressing will also not get watery.
