The IPS officer, Amitabh Thakur, who has filed a complaint against Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh for `threatening him over the phone` has now been booked on rape charges. The case against Mr. Thakur and his activist- wife, Nutan Thakur, was filed at the Gomtinagar police station here late on Saturday night on the basis of a complaint by a Ghaziabad- based woman.
