What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
While on a family vacation in the Cayman Islands, I swam with giant stingrays! The stingrays were rubbing up against me and all around me - I was petrified!

What are your strongest talents?
Teaching in any fashion comes naturally to me. Whether it's tutoring, working with children, or teaching dance, I am most comfortable when I am encouraging someone. I also am a great 'closet' vocalist and have been known to be fairly good at 'putting my groove on'!!!!

Name one person, family, friend, celebrity, who has had the most influence on your life.
Toni Reyes. My mother has been such a great influence because she is exactly the kind of woman I want to become. As a loyal wife and a giving mother, she finds time to do what she loves and still enjoy life.

Describe how you envision yourself in five years?
Finished with college and embarking on my career as a pediatric nurse. And if there is time, traveling the globe!

What else do you want the judges to know about you?
My ethnic background! My father is Cuban-Venezuelan, born in Venezuela, and my mother is from North Carolina. I am first generation American on my father's side and yet my mother's family is very established and Southern. I feel blessed to represent the best of America's melting pot!
