Perky, determined, honest

I am a trained dancer and assistant dance instructor at yodephy, which is the leading dance and modelling academy in the bahamas. My area of speciality in dance is jazz.

Where would you most like to visit in the world and why?
I would love to visit africa. It is considered to be the cradle of life – some scholars go as far as to say that it is where the garden of eden was located. I would love to experience its natural resources, and everything else that africa has to offer.

What is the best thing about your country?
The bahamas is known around the world for sun, sand and sea, but there is so much more to my country than that. It is an archipelago of 700 islands and cays, and though it is one country it has many destinations – each with it’s own unique culture and flavour. No matter what your taste, you can find an island in the bahamas that meets your needs, and warm, friendly people to help make your stay unforgettable.

What is your favourite…..
Film:
'Brown Sugar'
Music: R&B
Singer/band: Alliyah
Book: 'In Pursuit of Purpose'

If you were granted one wish, what would it be?
I would end world hunger.

If you were stuck on a desert island with one other person (famous or not) whom would you choose?
My mother. No matter what she is always loving, caring and supportive whatever I do. Her presence would make my stay more bearable.

What is your message to all the other miss world contestants?
May the best woman win! We are all winners to have made it this far, and I am sure the competition is going to be tough. But only one of us will walk away with the crown, and she will be the woman who is most determined, and who is beautiful not only on the outside but in the inside as well. Good luck to you all!

You’re judging the final five contestants, which question would you ask the finalists?
What is the most difficult experience you have had in life, and what did you learn from it?
