Bright, intelligent, compassionate
Do you have a special or unusual talent? (what is it?)
I would consider myself as all rounder, I have represented my province in netball, touch and badminton, I have a bachelor of commerce and i’m especially good at watching cartoons.
Where would you most like to visit in the world and why?
I would love to visit the middle east and egypt for it’s rich and amazing history. We know so much and yet so little about their daily lives and rituals. My father spent some of his childhood there and loved it, it is such an amazing place.
What is the best thing about your country?
The new zealand people and our culture are the best thing about my country. We have everything from beaches and islands to snow caped mountains and icy lakes but it is the people and their undying spirit and compassion that makes new zealand an awesome place to live.
What is your favourite…..
Film: 'Donnie Darko'
Music: Rock n Roll
Singer/band: Red Hot Chilli Peppers
Book: 'The Da Vinci Code'
If you were granted one wish, what would it be?
If I was granted one wish, it would be that every child is provided with an education. Education is the only long-term solutions too the world’s problems from poverty to animal poaching and cruelty. People need to know that ‘quick fixes’ will not fix the whole problem…education is the answer.
If you were stuck on a desert island with one other person (famous or not) whom would you choose?
Albert Einstein
What is your message to all the other miss world contestants?
I cannot wait to meet everyone and we are going to have so much fun!!!
You’re judging the final five contestants, which question would you ask the finalists?
If you won the title of miss world, what significant contribution will you make during your reign?
