Angela Corsi

What is your hometown like?
Farmington Hills is an ethnically diverse suburb about 20 minutes outside of Detroit. We have everything you could want from a big city with a small town look and feel.

What were you like when you were a child?
I wanted to do everything myself, I had great fashion sense and I was quite stubborn! For my first Communion, I insisted on a wardrobe change. I wore a beautiful, hand-beaded gown for the ceremony and then changed into my favorite yellow dress so that I could dance at the party!

Who is the most influential person in your life?
My mother for the way she seems to balance everything effortlessly and always with a smile

What is one thing about you that people you meet may not immediately realize?
My pinky-toes don't have toenails.

What was one defining moment in your life?
One of my best childhood friends was killed in a car accident when she was 19. It was the first time I had lost someone close to me, and it made me realize nothing is guaranteed to us, not even tomorrow. Whenever I think of her, it makes me want to call all of the friends I have lost touch with through the years and tell those I see every day how much they mean to me.

What was one defining moment in your life?
How to gain from losing and to trust in God's plan

What was one defining moment in your life?
My goal is to partner with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America to grant 101 wishes.
