What is the craziest thing you have ever done.
A few years ago, I was mentoring for the "Choices Program" at the Juvenile Justice Center. I was trying to encourage delinquents to make better life choices. In the process, we put together a skit demonstrating peer pressure. In the skit, I was being pressured to swallow a gold fish from the fish bowl, and much to my own amazement, I did it!!! Unknowingly, I must have been practicing for a future "Fear Factor" episode.

Please list, starting with the latest, any schools and universities (public/private/graduate/trade or technical) you have or are attending, as well as the area of study, last date completed and any degree or certification you received.
Pocatello High School. 2004.

Please list any Honors/Awards you have received in the past 2 years.
First Place in the International Economic Summit
First Place in the J.R. Simplot Poetry Contest
Voted Student Body President 2004-2005

What is the most interesting or surprising thing about you, or that has happened to you.
I have a passion for football and boxing. I helped coach football for 2 years, and I boxed for 8 years. I was crowed Miss Idaho Teen Latina 2002 and also Miss Idaho Teen USA 2004.

Are you the oldest, youngest or a middle child and what does that mean to you.
I am the middle child and that means learning from the oldest and teaching the youngest.

Name one person family, friend, celebrity, who has had the most influence on your life.
It is hard to name just one person because there have been several people who have had a great influence on my life. However, I have narrowed it down to Frances Hughes. Many people have come into my life at different turning points and have provided me with what I needed at the time, whether it be emotional, financial or spiritual. Frances filled a void within me as my mentor in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program.

What charity/charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over past two years.
Please provide the name of the charity, level of involvement.
Toys for Tots - as a member, I encouraged classmates to contribute.
Veteran's Home - as a chairman, I collected contributions for the local Veteran's Home.
Canned Food Drive, St. Anthony's Church - coordinater.
Canned Food Drive, Idaho Youth Ranch - coordinater.
Pennies for the Poor - as a coordinator, I adopted three families for Christmas and Thanksgiving with Pocatello High School. Coat Drive - as a member, I collected winter coats for the needy.
Old Fashioned Circus - as a member I helped raised funds; proceeds benefited 2 Pocatello High School students and a teacher, all who have cancer.
