What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
I saw John Travolta in a hotel lobby, and I looked at him and asked (like I knew him all my life!), "What are YOU doing here?" Of course, he looked at me like I was nuts and responded, "Well, what are you doing here?" Now why would I ask a big-time celebrity why he was in my hotel?

Please list, starting with the latest, any schools and universities (public/private/graduate/trade or technical) you have or are attending, as well as the area of study, last date completed and any degree or certification you received.
Destrehan High School. 2004.

Please list any Honors/Awards you have received in the past 2 years.
I have been an honor roll student throughout my school years. The highlight of my academic achievements is being named an Academic Excellence Student.
I have had two poems published in "Young Authors Book of Poetry."
I am currently the co-captain of my high school dance team.
I was recently voted Senior Class Senator.

What is the most interesting or surprising thing about you, or that has happened to you?
July 28, 2001 was the last time I would ever hug my brother. I did not know this would be the last time. This particular experience has taught me not to take advantage of the simple things life offers. A smile, hug, kiss, or a simple, "I love you!" are gestures that can be taken for granted. Sometimes people do not realize the affect that these simple pleasures could have on others as well as themselves.

Are you the oldest, youngest or a middle child and what does that mean to you?
I am the youngest of three, not to mention I am the only girl. My nickname is "Baby Girl," but my brothers call me "Baby Brat"! I cannot complain about being the youngest. Having two older brothers has made my life very interesting, extremely fun and has taught me quite a bit.

Name one person, family, friend, celebrity, who has had the most influence on your life.
Samantha Sidwell. The person who has had the most influence on my life would, without a doubt, be my dancing teacher/photographer/modeling teacher/hair dresser/makeup artist/best friend. This talented person whom I just described is Mrs. Sam. Like myself, she has encountered a variety of obstacles in her life, however, she has tackled them all. I have turned into the role model I am today by listening to her advice and watching her every move. I pretty much owe her my life considering all she has done for me!

What charity/charities have you supported with your time and/or resources over past two years? Please provide the name of the charity, level of involvement.
I helped plan, organize and participate in a Fishing Rodeo for the senior citizens of the St. Charles Parish Council on Aging.
Here I got to know and develop a relationship with a senior while baiting hooks, catching fish, smiling for the News, and just having fun!
For the past four years, I have helped to plan and organize a Mardi Gras Ball for the residents of Ormond Nursing Home. My responsibilities include arranging entertainment, refreshments, decorating, and purchasing gowns and tuxes for the court. I also helped to dress the court, fix their hair, put on their makeup, and polish their nails. As Miss Louisiana Teen USA, I then had the honor of crowning the King and Queen of the Krewe of Ormond.
Each year during the Thanksgiving holidays, along with members of my youth group, I help to paint the home of a needy family. It is a project we call 'Paint a Promise.'
Reading With the Champs allows me to spend time with the youth of my community by promoting good work ethics in school and sharing our school spirit with them.
I helped to plan and organize a Homeless Night where we experienced homelessness for twelve hours in a cardboard box home on a cold, winter night. This project allowed us to learn about combating homelessness. The following morning we visited Ozanam Inn Homeless Shelter in New Orleans where we made sandwiches, folded clothes, made beds, prepared and served meals to the homeless, and learned about the services the facility has to offer.
I am an active participant in a program called "Pink Ladies" of the RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program). This program allows us to wash, cut, set, curl, and style the residents' hair.
My youth group and I wrote children's books with younger children illustrating the stories. Then we visited the patients at Children's Hospital, read with them and gave them the books.
For several years I have participated in the Salvation Army Adopt-an-Angel Program, organizing for more than 100 needy children to receive gifts for Christmas.
This past prom season I helped to organize a Senior Citizens Prom at my high school. I helped to send out formal invitations, provide decorations and entertainment, of course I kept the dance floor busy, and most importantly I catered to the seniors while they enjoyed their prom!
