Where did you grow up? Tell us a little about your home town/city, and family.
I grew up in a little village on the island Funen in Denmark. I lived there with my parents and brother. I had the best childhood you can imagine. My family is very warm and loving. We travelled a lot together. I hope that one day I can give my own children a similar upbringing.
What Jobs have you done? What was the most interesting/bizarre?
My modelling career started with a stay in Milan. Since then I have worked in Korea and Denmark. Apart from that I have worked as an au pair, worked with horses, translated English movies etc. But the most interesting was my stay in Korea.
What are your career ambitions, how do you plan to realise them?
My career ambitions are to become a nurse and work for M.SF so I can help children in need around the world. As a sideline activity I would like to have a little antique shop. I go to nursing school to pursue my dream.
What is the proudest moment of your life? (Not including winning your National Title)
When my brother got into a very good animation school in Denmark.
What was the funniest/most embarrassing moment of your life?
My funniest moment was when my family held a big surprise party for my 23rd birthday.
What was the funniest/most embarrassing moment of your life?
It has not changed a lot, except that I am very busy with the preparations for the Final.
Tell us about an interesting event you have attended, or a person that you have met.
One of the most exciting events was when Denmark’s Newly Weds crown prince couple visited my city and I got a handshake from the crown prince.
What would you like to do, if you became Miss World 2004?
I hope to be able to travel the world and help children and prepare myself for my work for M.S.F
If you had a personal motto what would it be?
Treat other people, as you would like them to treat you.
Give details of any charitable work undertaken?
I try to attend to the charitable collections around my country and in my spare time I work at a local cat shelter.
