Where did you grow up? Tell us a little about your home town/city, and family.
I was born in Tiraspol. It is a little town on the bank of Dnestr River. My town is little but very cosy. It was totally destroyed during the Second World War, but reconstructed after it. My family is big, I have two brothers and a sister. We are not only relatives, but also good friends. I have not so much free time to spend with them, but when I have I do it with pleasure.
What Jobs have you done? What was the most interesting/bizarre?
I am a student now, that’s why I have not so much job experience, but because I am a model in our Elite-centre agency. I think it is very interesting, because I meet a lot of famous and interesting people and visit different exhibitions and so on.
What are your career ambitions, how do you plan to realise them?
In future I see myself as a teacher of History or English or French. Now I am studying in Tiraspol State University. My main subjects are English and French linguistic and history.
What is the proudest moment of your life? (Not including winning your National Title)
A long time ago my dream was to jump with a parachute. And I did! It was very difficult to do, but my dream came true.
What was the funniest/most embarrassing moment of your life?
I was in Dubai last year and like every tourist I wanted to ride on a camel. It looked so easy from a distance but really I don’t know how to get on and was so scared. I decided to do it, so I had to do it. Maybe not for me, but for the people around it was really the funniest moment ever!
What was the funniest/most embarrassing moment of your life?
I can’t say that my life has totally changed. There was a moment when a lot of people from different magazines, newspapers, radio stations or TV programmes called me and wanted to meet me. But now I just visit different events like Miss Moldova, take part in the festivals and pageants.
Tell us about an interesting event you have attended, or a person that you have met.
Our national vogue festival was the most interesting event in my life this year. What about interesting persons...I met Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley, but it was at the Wax Figures Museum in Sevastopol.
What would you like to do, if you became Miss World 2004?
I believe that Miss World is the person, who people would listen to. A person who can try to change something in our life. So if I become Miss World 2004, I will try to do something like this.
If you had a personal motto what would it be?
"If I decide to do something, I have to do it"
Give details of any charitable work undertaken?
I attended a boarding school for orphans and took part in different charitable events after becoming Miss Moldova.
