Sales assistant/ instore stylist at Australian fashion label Pierucci.

Interests: I love being outside in the fresh air and sunshine that Australia is blessed with; whether it be surfing, camping or relaxing with my girlfriends on one of our many pristine beaches. Creative design is another interest. I enjoy spending time making costume jewelry or drawing.

Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
LAYNE BEACHLEY - Female professional surfer. Layne has a fresh outlook on life, is committed to her sport and health, has a friendly and outgoing disposition, promotes a healthy lifestyle therefor a good role model, constantly challenges herself - Layne was the first woman to compete against the top 44 pro male surfers, she excels in an extremely male dominated environment. Layne has also inspired me to achive my goals whether it be for surfing or everyday activities.

What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened to you (aside from winning your title) and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?
*All of my life I have travelled Australia. I have visited some of its most remote parts. In my travels I have met some of the most amazing people from different cultures. *When I was twelve years old, I ventured out into the 'big surf' with my dad. The sun was shining, the ocean was a brilliant green colour and hundreds of dolphins were playing on the waves that I was surfing.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
I would love to be able to use my degrees that specialise in public health to benefit the community. When I have completed them, I will be able to help people to learn the healthiest way for them to live, to get the most out of their lives. These degrees will not only be helpful within Australia, but all over the world. We currently have so many health issues in our society and I believe that many people would benefit from further education. I am currently focusing on my studies to be able to help the community.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
As a child, I travelled often with my family. I was an extremely happy child. I can remember snorkelling before I could swim, being chased by a pelican at Monkey Mia and various camping trips. The city I grew up in, Perth, is the most isolated city in the world. It is culturally diverse, has beautiful beaches and is blessed wih never ending fresh air and sunshine!

Pierucci - Australian Fashion House, Surf Shops.

What is your most unusual talent?
I love designing and creating elaborate and original costume jewelry pieces. I love anythign creative and arty such as drawin or painting or even cooking!
