Rapper Kanye West has heaped praise on actor Will Ferrell, saying he has reached "god like status".
The 38-year-old went on a tweeting spree on Saturday to rave about the "Get Hard" actor, after watching Ben Stiller's hit comedy "Zoolander 2" in which Ferrell reprised his role as the evil fashion genius Jacobim Mugatu, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I saw 'Zoolander 2' for the second time. Will Ferrell has reached walking living breathing god status! His existence is a blessing. Perhaps it was seeing him play the same character from 15 years ago with 15 more years experience (sic)," West tweeted.
The "Gold digger" hitmaker compared the 48-year-old actor to the late Hollywood icon Bruce Lee.
"That showed how sharp and Bruce Lee status he is. We all know Will Ferrell has always been the one!" he wrote.
West concluded his homage to Ferrell by thanking for the "years" of joy he has brought into his life.
"I just want to thank Will Ferrell for the years of joy he has brought into my life with amazing comedy. It is so inspiring. Thank you for existing!" he wrote.
