Hollywood superstar Blake Lively has set a shining example of getting back into shape immediately after pregnancy. Her role in the upcoming film 'The Shallows' demanded the actress to don a bikini. Blake Lively, who had a seven-month old daughter when she started shooting, went all out to ensure that she sheds every ounce of the post pregnancy weight, giving mothers worldwide major fitness goals!


The role was physically demanding but Blake took upon the challenge, leaving everyone including herself surprised! `It was neat to be able to do that, and it was neat to have that challenge after having a baby, because you think your body is so different - you think no matter what, it's never [going to be] totally the same again. And to be able to be in better shape than I had ever been in before. I thought, 'OK, that's really encouraging", said Lively.

The actress gives credit to her trainer Don Saladino who made sure she worked out at least 13 hours a day to get back into shape and cope with the physically taxing stunts of the film.
