Popular personality and the host of Jimmy Kimmel Live! which airs on airs on Star World and Star World HD, Jimmy Kimmel was taunted on stage by none other than, Matt Damon himself during his second stint as a host at the 68th Prime Time Emmy Awards today. The hilarious feud between the two popular celebrities has been the talk of the town for a few years now and this was clearly seen during the awards when Matt came uninvited on stage, interrupting Kimmel's act. The actor teased him about his loss at the Emmys this year and embarrassed him front of the audience.

The duo are actually best friends in real life, have kept the fake rivalry going and fans cannot get enough. Kimmel was in for a surprise, when Matt came on stage unannounced and began insulting the host about losing the award for best variety/talk series to Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. Calling him a 'Big loser', Damon chided Kimmel saying, 'Oh, I'm sorry. What am I doing? This is so humilitating," he said. "You lost, and now you have to stand out here for the rest of the night in front of everybody...when you probably just want to go home and curl up and cry. Can we cheer Jimmy up? He's a big loser. Big round of applause!"


But to make up for all the insults, Matt did leave Kimmel alone, with an applause but not before saying, "Hey Jimmy, tell your mom I like them apples", referring the sandwiches Kimmel's mum made for the award show.

This is not the first time the duo have locked horns on TV, Matt is often seen on episodes of Jimmy Kimmel Live! where the two continue their 'fake' feud and keep throwing insults at each other. From going to Therapy together to coming on stage at the Emmys, Matt and Kimmel are definitely hilarious.
