The `True Grit` star Hailee Steinfeld stars as the recluse poet Emily Dickinson in the upcoming Apple T.V series `Dickinson`. Steinfeld will play a young, rambunctious individual whose heart is set on being a great writer.

Her parents worry about their wild daughter, afraid she doesn`t know the ways of a lady. She, however, is not interested. She refuses to be a prisoner of conventional society and seeks alternative avenues to live life. We get a glimpse into circus theatrics, some of her famous poems, and perhaps a burgeoning romance with Sue Gilbert (Ella Hunt).
