Better known to Marvel fan base as Agent Carter, Hayley Atwell has chosen her next mission. After being a part of MCU for a long time, she will be joining another billion-dollar franchise.

Writer-director Christopher McQuarrie took to his Instagram account and posted a black and white picture of the 'Agent Carter' star with the posing the question in the caption, `@wellhayley Should you choose to accept...'' The picture rests on an 'Impossible Mission Force' folder, perhaps carrying the next mission.

A Seventh 'Mission Impossible' movie has been commissioned by the Paramount Pictures which is to be written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, who has become the go-to guy for this franchise.

The script is currently being written but the plot for the movie remains unknown. As of now, Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt and Rebecca Ferguson as Isla Faust are the only confirmed cast members.

Apart from 'Avengers: Endgame', Atwell was in Gurinder Chaddha's 'Blinded by the Light' and will be a part of upcoming Disney + animated series 'What If?' reprising her role of Agent Carter.

'Mission: Impossible' is a series of American action spy films both based on and a follow-on from the television series of the same name created by Bruce Geller. The series stars Tom Cruise, whose character is Ethan Hunt, an agent of the Impossible Missions Force who sets out on dangerous missions around the world with his team.
