Noah Hawley's crime-caper anthology series 'Fargo' has now added the talents of two time Emmy-winning actress Uzo Aduba. The 'Orange Is the New Black' star will be seen as a character named Zelmare, and that's all that is known about the nature of her role as of now.
Aduba has joined the likes of Chris Rock, Jack Huston, Jason Schwartzman, Ben Whishaw, Jessie Buckley, Andrew Bird, and Salvatore Esposito. This season will be set in the 1950s Kansas City, Missouri.
It will revolve around two crime families - one African-American, one Italian - who make a peace treaty that involves surrendering their youngest sons to each other. The subject matter will cover issues of migration and immigration, mixed in with the show's trademark themes of money and power.
Chris Rock will play Loy Cannon, the head of a crime syndicate made up of black migrants fleeing the Jim Crow South. The production for season 4 is said to begin late this year and will air sometime in 2020.
