John Stamos will be seen as the crazy French cook, Chef Louis for ABC's upcoming "The Little Mermaid Live!" Stamos has played the character in a Hollywood Bowl Production, and will return for the one-night special televised event on ABC.

Apart from Stamos, Graham Philips (Blockers) has also been cast as Prince Eric. Stamos and Philips have joined the previously announced cast of Auli'i Cravalho, Queen Latifah and Shaggy in the production, which will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the beloved animated the movie through a never-before-seen hybrid musical featuring intricate live sets and costumes and music from the original animated film.

Hamish Hamilton will direct (and executive produce) `The Little Mermaid Live!` with Nick Florez and RJ Durrell set as the choreographers. The live adaptation is set to air on Tuesday, November 5, 3029 at 8 p.m. on ABC network.
