Zoe Lister-Jones' reboot of 'The Craft" has evoked the presence of Michelle Monaghan. The Kiss Kiss Bang Bang actor has been signed on for a role in the movie, although at this point there's no information on what she will be playing.
Monaghan has now joined actors Nicholas Galitzine and David Duchovny, along with Cailee Spaeny, Gideon Adlon, Lovie Simone, and Zoey Luna who will essay the coven of the trouble-making coven of witches. In Andrew Fleming's original movie, the witches were played by Fairuza Balk, Robin Tunney, Neve Campbell, and Rachel True.
The official synopsis of this reboot reads as "A remake of 1996 supernatural teen thriller. When starting at a new school, Hannah befriends Tabby, Lourdes, and Frankie & quickly becomes the fourth member of their clique. Hannah soon learns that she somehow brings great power to the quartet."
Released in 1996, 'The Craft' was a story of a girl who unites with three outcast teenaged girls at her Catholic prep high school. They practice witchcraft against those people who irk them. When one of them quits the group, the others retaliate.
