Australian actress Olivia DeJonge has been cast as Priscilla Presley in Bazz Luhrmann's upcoming Elvis Presley biopic. Olivia will be seen opposite Austin Butler playing the "King of Rock n' Roll" and Tom Hanks playing his manager Col. Parker.

Priscilla Presley was married to the cultural icon from 1967-1973. In addition to being an actress, she also served as chairwoman of Elvis Presley Enterprises, the company that turned Graceland, Elvis' mansion, into one of the top tourist attractions in the United States. Priscilla is said to have been with Elvis since the age of fourteen.

Luhrmann spoke in the praise of The Society actor " `Olivia is capable of manifesting the complex depth and presence that has made Priscilla Presley an icon in her own right. She's an extremely talented young actor and the perfect counterpoint to Austin's Elvis.`

The movie will go into production in 2020 in Queensland, Australia.
