A "Superman and Lois" series is in development at CW Network. Tyler Hoechlin as Superman and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane in the series following the world's most famous superhero and comic books' most famous journalist as they deal with all the stress, pressures, and complexities that come with being working parents in today's society.

Todd Helbing, the showrunner and writer for another CW superhero show "The Flash" is taking the charge for "Superman and Lois" with himself and Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Geoff Johns executive producing. Hoechlin has previously appeared as Superman in `The Flash,` `Arrow,` and `Legends of Tomorrow.` Elizabeth has briefly appeared as Lois Lane in `Supergirl` and `The Flash."

Both Tyler and Elizabeth will also reprise their roles for the Arrowverse crossover event Crisis On Infinite Earths. "Superman and Lois" is the third and final spinoff CW is bringing after "Arrow" spinoff with Katherine McNamara, Katie Cassidy Rodgers and Juliana Harkavy reprising their roles of Mia Smoke, Laurel Lance, and Dinah Drake and a prequel to the show "100."
