Last year, Netlfix brought out "The End of the Fu****ing World" , their millennial Bonnie and Clyde which turned out to be one of their most popular offerings. Extremely emo but somehow lovable, Allysa and James won the audience with their togetherness and got everyone on rooting for the most odd-couple ever.

The trailer for season 2 and here, and there's no mention of James' fate. There are scenes of Alyssa in a white wedding dress as she tries to navigate a world without him. We find Alyssa still dealing with the fallout of the events of the first series. The second series sees the introduction of the new character of Bonnie, (Naomi Aki) an outsider with a troubled past and a mysterious connection to Alyssa.



The second season is once again written by Charlie Covell. Based on the comic book series by Charles Forsman, "The End of the F...ing World" sees two 17-year-old outsiders, James and Alyssa, embark on a road trip to find her estranged father, who left home. James, who plans on killing Alyssa eventually finds himself falling in love with her.

The second season will premiere on November 5, 2019, on Netflix.
