Ben Stiller will be directing "Parks and Recreation" actor Adam Scott in the upcoming Apple TV series. The series is called "Severance" which is being described as a workplace thriller that introduces Lumen Industries, a company that's looking to take work-life balance to a new level. Scott will play the lead role of Mark, an employee with a dark past trying to put himself back together.

Created by Dan Erickson, "Severance" has been given a series order. Chris Black, Ben Stiller, Nicky Weinstock, and Jackie Cohn serving as executive producers. Adam Scott will also serve as a producer on the project. Steller recently won an Emmy for directing limited series "Escape at Dannemora" and Adam Scott was recently seen in HBO's "Big Little Lies."
