Dan Houser who co-founded Rockstar games with his brother Sam is leaving the company on, March 11. Dan Houser co-wrote several of Rockstar Games' biggest hits, including Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto 5.

Dan Houser is an English video game producer, writer, and voice actor, as well as the co-founder and ex-vice president of creativity for Rockstar Games. As well as producing video games, Houser was the head writer for Rockstar Games, being the lead for Bully, Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3.

Rockstar's series have often courted controversy, but are among the best-selling and most critically-acclaimed games of the past two decades. Mr Houser will officially depart in March, his brother Sam Houser will remain as the company's president.

Dan Houser was one of the lead writers for the Grand Theft Auto series, as well as Rockstar's other hits, Bully and Red Dead Redemption. He also worked as a voice actor on some of the company's projects.
