Netflix has released the trailer of its latest comedy series aimed at teens and nostalgic adults. Based on 2017 graphic novel by acclaimed cartoonist Charles Forsman, also the author of another Netflix favourite 'The End of the F***ing World', comes another coming of age comedy series and its named 'I Am Not Okay with This'. It will have seven-30-minute episodes dropping on February 26th.
Seventeen-year-old Sydney feels totally out of place. Shes's dealing with the death of her father, her blossoming sexuality and her suddenly emerging superpowers involving telekinesis, while being consumed by her teen angst. 'I Am Not Okay With This' expertly channels teenage disorientation while telling a powerful story about the intense and sometimes violent tug of war between trauma and control.
The series stars Sophia Lillis (Beverly of 'It'), Wyatt Oleff (also from 'It'), Sofia Bryant ('The Good Wife'), and Kathleen Rose Perkins ('You're the Worst'). Watch the trailer here:
