'Wonder Woman 1984' new trailer boasts Kristen Wiig's role as villain Cheetah

The makers of Gal Gadot's 'Wonder Woman 1984' has unveiled a new trailer during the DC FanDome virtual convention on Saturday (local time).

Starring Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig Pedro Pascal, it is the second film of the 'Wonder Woman' series, featuring Gadot in the titular superhero role.

The two-minute and 24-second long video gave a detailed look at film's two villains Pedro Pascal's Max Lord and Kristen Wiig's Cheetah. There are also some new scenes reuniting Diana Prince with Steve Trevor.

Gal Gadot's Diana Prince has stepped up her game since the first installment, as one can clearly see in the new footage. We're still left with the mystery of how Chris Pine's Steve Trevor returns, though the wait isn't too much longer.
